Road Trip to Vancouver

{ Late Post – Dec 2015}

It was a fun rainy weekend. We left Seattle around 5 in the morning (quite a good move) we were lucky there’s no lane when we arrived at the border (7AM)

Tip 1. Save the destinations into your GPS. If you’re going for a short trip and no tour guide what so ever, it’s better to that you have it saved.

Tip 2. Itinerary is highly recommended. List the places you want to visit, have a back up plan and know the hours of operation of those places your want to visit, for a hassle free trip.

Our first stop is to check-in at The Burrard Hotel, 1100 Burrard Street
Vancouver, BC V6Z 1Y7 Canada. It was pouring rain so instead of stayin in the hotel, we wanted to maximize our time so we just decided to visit an indoor tourist attraction.

You’re in BC so be sure to stop by at Tim Horton’s (though in Vancouver there’s a lot of Starbucks, too!) ^_^

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park – The suspension park is one of the highlight activities in Vancouver and an absolute must-do if for nothing else than to breathe that fresh, clean, mountain air.

Purchase your tickets online and bypass the ticket line-up!

Food Stop: The Capilano Coffee Company is open year-round and features locally roasted organic coffee, gourmet sandwiches and fresh baked goods.

and to top our trip we went to Bright Nights at Stanley Park

It was a a fun filled event, can’t wait to go back to Vancouver this year 🙂
